Amazing experience! A month ago I came to Thayer looking to trade in my Jeep for an upgrade. I was very specific on things I wanted in the Jeep, and price range. Ben Bailey told me he would keep an eye out for me and he over exceeded my expectations. He found me my perfect 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. But not only did he stop there! He knew I was extremely OCD and wanted my (new to me) car spotless. And WOW. My new car looks like it just came out of the factory brand new and perfect! The whole experience from the start to ending was seamless. And Ben stayed in communication with me, worked with my schedule and did amazing! Will be back whenever I buy another car or for any service and assistance!

I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee Limited from Thayer CDJR working with Brian Gossett. He walked me through the available features on the Jeep I was considering and addressed the questions that I had. I wanted to pick up the Jeep later that day and Brian had all the preparation and paperwork completed for me. He then went through assisting in setting up the UConnect system to my preferences. Very happy working with Brian.

Awesome store with even better people. Very relaxed and has a good energy. Doesn’t feel like a stereotypical “dealership”.
