We wanted to update our review. Just purchased our truck today. Ordered via Dave London - the entire process was made easy. We had many questions regarding vehicle, costs, and options - he shared his knowledge and was honest with what he did not know (but always found the answers). Dave was very patient as we worked through this whole process, answering questions and sharing information. The entire team of sales people worked well together and so did the business side. We were given a fair sales price and trade in price and a thorough useful orientation. Definitely would recommend without hesitation. Prior comments: Happy to endorse Thayer Ford Service. We have had excellent experiences with work on both of our vehicles. The service team is honest and deliver on what they promise. Had a very favorable experience on the Sales side as well. Planning a truck purchase in the next year and Nate is quite knowledgeable. He offers ideas and options without being pushy and only did so after listening to my vehicle needs. Even their paperwork guy, Donovan, was politely helpful. Will go back for this upcoming purchase with confidence.

I found a great CR-V for a good price! Tevin did a great job helping me find something in my price range and getting everything settled for me. Thayer did a great job fixing up any small issues before I got there, and had a long list of things they changed and checked on before selling the vehicle to make sure it was reliable!

Tevin is a awesome person to approach and talk with about anything. So I knew talking about cars, he would be honest, and that's what he was honest. He was prompt in the information and just made sure all my questions were answered. Thank you Tevin for making my dream car since I was 16 come true.

Chris Douglas welcomed us on the lot and did a great job listening to our needs and showing used cars that were in line with what we wanted. His laid back and no-pressure approach was very welcome. The financing leg was also better than we were expecting. Justus Smith worked hard to get a great loan at a fantastic rate for my daughter, we even had the rate drop a little further during underwriting which was a welcome surprise. All in all, I can't recommend the professionals Thayer enough. I live in Toledo and will be driving past Brown Honda and White Honda to get to Thayer Honda for my next car purchase.
